"Shaffer was very proactive and accommodating in setting up meetings and calls to build rapport and discuss available quotes. There were a few items that needed multiple discussions to hash out or clarify, but parts of that were definitely on me for being slow in shopping. I'm giving 4 Stars just because being told my Renter's insurance payments wouldn't increase when discussing coverage increases being followed by actual payment increases was disappointing, but it was an acceptable amount. Shaffer is a great guy to work with!"
